Each year, approximately 4,737 students and over 367 staff members use the system. The school utilizes various features of School Bright to support its administration, including but not limited to

It allows the school to manage student profiles, photographs, academic records, parental information, and health data in a comprehensive manner. All data can be exported as files, making it highly suitable for modern, digital-age schools.
- Digital Canteen System This is a digital solution for managing the school canteen and on-campus stores, utilizing Smart Canteen devices to enhance convenience and efficiency for both students and staff. Payments can be made using QR codes, student ID cards, the mobile application, or PromptPay QR codes linked to banking systems. This allows students to pay for meals and products quickly and easily, promoting a cashless society within the school environment.
- Student pick-up system This system helps alleviate traffic congestion at student pickup points and reduces the need for human resources. It automatically announces students’ names when parents check in via the mobile application. With a high level of security, the school can verify exactly which parent or guardian is picking up each student. This enhances safety and presents a modern, internationally standardized image for the school.
- Academic System This system covers a wide range of academic tasks within the school, transforming burdensome paperwork into streamlined digital processes. With School Bright’s Academic System, schools can manage academic documents (Por.Por./Ror.Bor. forms), record student grades, organize curricula and study plans, schedule timetables, and much more with ease.
- Attendance System This system records the attendance of both teachers and students using facial recognition cameras and the School Bright application. Attendance records are instantly sent to parents via real-time notifications through the app. Additionally, students and parents can view attendance statistics directly within the application.
- Announcement System This system allows schools to communicate news and updates, with the ability to attach images and documents. All announcements are stored on the cloud, making them accessible for future reference at any time. Recipients can respond to messages with options such as "Acknowledged," "Accepted," or "Consent." Schools can also track whether the announcements have been opened or responded to.
- Leave Management System This system streamlines the leave request, approval, and tracking process for both students and teachers. Leave requests can be submitted online via the School Bright application by filling in necessary details such as leave dates, reasons, and duration. Supporting documents—such as medical certificates or letters from parents—can also be easily attached through the system and application, making the process convenient and efficient.
