Satree Yala School, located in Yala Province, is a government school that has been using the School Bright school management system since the 2022 academic year. Each year, approximately 1,077 students and over 89 staff members utilize the system. School Bright is employed for various aspects of school management, including :
- Attendance System This system records the attendance of both teachers and students using facial recognition cameras and the School Bright application. Student attendance records are instantly notified to parents via the app in real-time. Additionally, students and parents can access attendance statistics directly through the application.
- Student Registry System This system manages and stores detailed student and staff information, including student records, photos, academic data, parent details, and health information. All data can be exported as files, making it highly suitable for schools in the digital age.
- Academic System This system streamlines various academic tasks, reducing the paperwork burden on teachers. School Bright's academic system includes document management (Por Por / RB), grade recording, curriculum and study plan management, timetable scheduling, and many other essential functions.
- Leave Management System This system allows teachers and students to submit leave requests through the application, with the school having the ability to designate approvers. It also helps reduce paper usage for leave forms, making the process more convenient for both teachers and students.
- Student Behavior Management System This system tracks and records student behavior scores, allowing teachers to add or deduct points and attach photos through the app. Additionally, the system notifies parents via the application if their child is identified as being at behavioral risk.
- Public relations system This system enables schools to communicate news and updates through the School Bright application at no additional cost. Schools can also attach images and documents to their announcements.
